To book the safaris please contact reception by email reception@ranuaresort.com.
Please check the booking & cancellation terms in advance here.
All activity bookings are to be paid upon booking.
Payment link will be sent by email and the booking is valid once the payment has been made.
Please note that winter clothing is included only for the guests staying at Ranua Resort.
Other guests can rent the winter clothing for 15 € / person for activities at Ranua Resort.

Do I need to book safaris in advance?
We recommend booking our safaris in advance to confirm spots for you and your family. You can book safaris from our reception; reception@ranuaresort.com.
Do I need to bring extra clothing with me when participating to safaris & activities?
When staying overnight at Ranua Resort thermal clothing is included to your activities for the duration of your stay. If you are not staying overnight at Ranua Resort, you need to rent thermal clothing, the rate is 30 € / person
Do I need to bring any equipment for the safaris?
No, you do not need to bring any equipment, we provide all the equipment for you.
Can kids join the safaris?
Of course. Some safaris are more suitable for children than others, so we recommend contacting us about the suitability of the safaris according to your family’s or group’s needs.

I have never driven a snowmobile. Can I still participate on the snowmobile safaris?
Yes you can. If you have a valid B – drivers license, you can participate on the snowmobile safaris. You will be instructed accordingly before the beginning of the safari.
