SPEND THE NIGHT UNDER THE STARRY SKY OF RANUA Arctic Igloos – glass igloos
Arctic Igloos is an igloo village with all amenities. The stylish glass igloos are located in a quiet location on the shore of Lake Ranuanjärvi. Each igloo has a view of the lake and the northern sky that curves over it, where you can see the starry sky, the northern lights or you can admire the nightless night even while lying in bed.
The igloos are located about four kilometers from the wildlife park. Each igloo has an unobstructed view of the lake and in our igloos you stay in the middle of nature without compromising on comfort. Each igloo has a toilet, a small kitchen and its own sauna.
Staying in an igloo can easily be combined with activities of every season. In winter, you can arrive at the igloos by snowmobile, and you can also combine your stay with a husky or reindeer safari. In autumn, those interested in photography are attracted by the northern lights reflecting off the surface of the lake. In summer, the igloos are only a few meters away from a refreshing swim in the lake. The location also offers great opportunities for fishing and kayaking.

Have a comfortable stay with us in the middle of nature in the holiday village’s well-equipped villas. The holiday village is located opposite the wildlife park and every villa in the holiday village has a fireplace, sauna and kitchen with all amenities and a private terrace with a view of the forest. Two apartments can easily be combined into a holiday villa for 12 people.
The holiday village has its own log cabin and right next to it you can take a detour to the nature trails.

Camping Animal Park offers caravanners and campers a comfortable place for a stop right next to the wildlife park.
The equipment of the area includes a kitchen with dining areas, an outdoor grill, saunas and showers, a washing machine, a children’s playground and a toilet emptying point. Camping Wildlife Park’s services are complemented by e.g. the wildlife park’s Arctic Restaurant and the Fazer – shop.
In addition to the wildlife park, the nature trail with its huts and sheds located in the immediate vicinity of the caravan area offer unforgettable nature experiences. Rent a fat bike from us and get to know Ranua’s nature by bike!

Ranuanjärvi campsite
AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING ONLY DURING THE SUMMERS
The peaceful Ranuanjärvi Camping is located near the center of Ranua, in the immediate vicinity of the lakeshore. It is about 2 km to the nearest shop and about 5 km to Ranua Wildlife Park. The campsite has tent and caravan sites, as well as summer cottages.
For the joy of families with children, there is a child-friendly sandy beach in the area as well as SUP boards, fat bikes and a rowing boat for rent. There is also a sauna in the area, which can be rented for the use of your own group.

Where are the igloos located?
The igloos are located on the shore of Ranuajärvi, next to the Ranuajärvi campsite, about 4.5 km from the wildlife park. The address is Leirintäalueentie 5, Ranua.
Where are the holiday villas located?
The holiday villas are directly opposite the wildlife park. The address is Rovaniementie 29, Ranua.
How are the holiday villas equipped?
The holiday villas are very well equipped; each has a sauna, drying cabinet, two bedrooms, sleeping area in the loft, fireplace, firewood, dishes and cutlery for 6, stove, oven, and microwave.
How are the igloos equipped?
Each igloo has its own sauna, washroom, kitchenette, sleeping area and dining area. Our kitchen is fully equipped and if you want, you can also prepare dinner in your own igloo!
Are there parking spaces in connection with the accommodation?
All of our accommodations have free parking and heating possibility in the winter.
