Ranua Wildlife Park marketing register

The purpose of the register
Enabling contacts needed for customer service and maintenance and development of the customer relationship. Direct marketing when the customer has not forbidden it.

Content of the register
The customer’s contact information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and information on marketing authorizations or prohibitions.

The information provided by the customer

Transfer of data
Information is not shared with any other than the authorities designated by the law.
Any data is not transferred outside of EU or the European Economic Area.

Users of the register
The register is available only to those Ranua Regional Tourist Agency employees, who need the information in their work.

Right to access
Everyone has the right to check the data relating to him. The inspection request must be made in writing to the registrar.

Rectification
Everyone has the right to demand correction of information in the register. The correction should be made in writing and in sufficient detail. Request should be addressed to the contact person of the registry.

Right of refusal
The customer has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing, distance sales and other direct advertising. The ban can be added or removed at any time by written notice to the registrar.
