Step into the quiet of the northern evening, where soft lantern light leads you along a forest path and each breath blends with the rhythm of the wilderness. This gentle yoga walk invites you to slow down, move with intention, and allow the stillness of nature to guide your senses.

As you walk beneath the trees, you will explore simple, flowing yoga movements that support presence and ease. At selected stops along the way, the lanterns form small islands of light where you pause, stretch, and connect more deeply with the surrounding silence.

The experience concludes with a peaceful relaxation, lying or sitting in the embrace of the forest. You are invited to rest at the delicate boundary between light and darkness, where the glow of the lanterns softens the shadows and nature’s quiet sounds create a sanctuary for calm.
