Transport connections Arriving from Rovaniemi to Ranua
There are daily bus connections between Rovaniemi and Ranua, with a conveniently located stop right in front of the Wildlife Park’s parking area. The number of departures varies by season – during the busy winter months, there can be up to six connections per day, making travel easy and flexible all year round.

Rovaniemi also has the nearest train station and airport, offering effortless access to Ranua even from farther away. Arriving by Car Parking & Charging Stations
If you’re arriving by car, parking at Ranua Wildlife Park is easy and convenient. Spacious and free parking areas are located right in front of the Wildlife Park entrance, with plenty of room also for buses. For guests staying overnight, dedicated parking spaces are available next to the accommodations, ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel experience from start to finish.
Electric Vehicle Charging
The Wildlife Park’s parking area offers a total of ten electric vehicle charging points – four fast chargers and six standard chargers. Charging is simple with the Virta mobile app, which you can download from your app store.
The charging fee is €0.30 per kWh, and €0.25 per kWh for members of the Finnish Automobile Association (Autoliitto).
