Due to the requirement for minimum number of participants, we recommend to make a pre-booking via reception by email reception@ranuaresort.com.

The safaris start from the Safari House or the Arctic Igloos. Activities include the needed gear. Amazing and beautiful Finnish nature is an experience to remember all-year-round!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Please note that for groups you must confirm final pax amount to Ranua Wildlife Park ticket sales or Ranua Resort reception 14 days before you reservation. After that all the changes and cancellation are non-refundable.
• Individual bookings are to be paid in advance upon booking. The bookings can be cancelled free of charge 7 days prior, after which the bookings are binding. If booked on spot, the bookings are to be paid upon booking.
• Please note that the bookings are then non-refundable and have no cancellation or modification right.
• Some of our activities are depending on the weather conditions. If for some reason it is not possible to carry out the activity or part of it due to weather conditions, Ranua Resort can carry out the program in a modified form. If it is not possible to carry out the activity at all due to weather, Ranua Resort will offer to change the activity to the different day or to negotiate a possible refund.
