We are hiring for the winter season 2026-27

For the winter season 2026-27, we are looking for employees for various positions across the Resort:

Receptionist
We are looking for receptionists for the reception of Holiday Villas, Artcic Igloos and Wildlife Park Campingfor a fixed-term position of approximately 4 months. The role includes daily reception duties, handling emails, and selling and organizing activities and experiences.

Wildlife Park Guide / Customer Service
We are looking for two customer service team members for the winter season at the Wildlife Park Customer Service / Ticket Office.The role focuses on leading guided tours in the Wildlife Park, preparing for upcoming tours and working in customer service at the ticket sales desk and shop. The fixed-term employment period is 1 November 2026–31 March 2027.

Restaurant staff
We are looking for chefs and waiters for our two restaurants operating during the winter season: the Wild Arctic Restaurant at the Wildlife Park, and the Arctic Igloos restaurant which caters to our guests staying at the Artic Igloos.

Safari Guides
We are looking for safari guides to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Guides lead a large variety of guided tours and activities, such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snow mobile rides and visiting Santa Claus .

Cleaning staff
Our cleaning team needs helping hands for temporary employment for seasonal work. The cleaner’s duties include daily cleaning of accommodation facilities in the holiday villas, igloos and wildlife park’s customer facilities.

 

In all roles, you will work in an international environment and meet guests from all over the world. Good English skills are essential, and other language skills are considered an advantage. We are looking for flexible, service-minded and energetic team players.
