Ranua Resort receives Great Place to Work certification once again
Ranua Resort has been awarded Great Place to Work certification for the second time. This is recognition of a good employee experience and is based entirely on feedback from staff.
Our strengths were found to be equality, team spirit, and the feeling that our work is meaningful. The survey covered five different areas—trust, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit—in the form of 60 different statements. The average score for all statements in the company is 80%, which shows that Ranua Resort is a really good place to work, all things considered.
A good workplace requires continuous development of the working culture. In recent years, Ranua Resort has invested in employee well-being and staff development, and this work continues. Over the past year, new work spaces have been created for employees, and staff training opportunities and employee benefits have been increased.
“I am really happy that we have once again received the Great Place to Work certificate,” says Johanna Koivunen, CEO of Ranua Resort.
“The certificate is proof that we have been able to further improve the employee experience. Our people are proud of their workplace and feel that their work at Ranua Resort is meaningful. We have equality and a good team spirit in our workplace!”
