Courtyard Kiosk Closed Temporarily
Ranua Resort’s courtyard ice cream kiosk is temporarily closed.
A squirrel has built a nest near the kiosk, so we are giving it the peace and quiet it needs during the nesting season. We will reopen the kiosk once the young squirrels have left the nest.
In the meantime, the two ice cream kiosks inside Ranua Wildlife Park are open as usual. Waffles will be available from the Wildlife Park’s “Rakka” Kiosk from 7 July while the courtyard kiosk is closed.
Ice cream bars and cones are also available at Wild Arctic Restaurant.

Ranua Resort has strengthened its collaboration with Polar Bears International by joining the international Arctic Ambassador Center network. Wild summer nights at the Wildlife park
Experience the wildlife park in the magic of a summer evening. On Wild Summer Nights, Ranua Wildlife Park stays open later than usual, giving visitors a chance to experience the park in a completely different atmosphere. The calm light of a northern summer evening, the animals’ evening routines and special keeper-led programme make these evenings a memorable summer experience. For Wild Summer Nights, visitors can buy a special evening ticket at a lower price than a regular wildlife park ticket. The ticket is valid for entry between 18:00 and 22:00.
