Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving. The driver of the snowmobile has to be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in Finland. Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is stictly prohibited by the laws of Finland.
Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, when paying the adult price.
Safari price for an adult include a self-liability waiver fee. This waiver reduces self-liability amount to 500 € in cases of damage if crashed accidentally or by actions caused some damage to the snowmobiles.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please take your driving license with you as the police may check the validity of the license during the safari.

PROGRAMME:
DAY 1
The experience begins in our safari office, where you’ll meet your guide. You will get all the winter gear needed for the trip and the guide will give the details of the trip, as well as the safety briefing.
After this the adventure begins and we drive across the wilderness. On the way we will see lakes, swamps and hills and untouched nature. With some luck we might see a glimpse of wild animals. Light lunch is offered during the day.
We reach Iso-Syöte in the afternoon. You have some time to accommodate to the hotel, and there is an opportunity to try Finnish sauna and snow bath before the delicious dinner.
DAY 2
After the breakfast we drive another full day, all the way back to the Ranua Resort and enjoy a light lunch by the campfire on the way.
