An excellent option for those looking for an affordable and peaceful place to stay with water views!

Ranuanjärvi is located near the center of Ranua. The nearest shop is located 2 km from the campsite and the Ranua Wildlife Park is located about 5 km from the camping area.

The campsite has tent and caravan pitches, as well as camping cottages. Arctic Igloos Village is also located on the campsite, where we offer luxury accommodation in glass igloos all-year-round!

Summer breakfast from June 1 onwards

Summer breakfast is served daily from June 1 to August 31 between 8:00–10:00 AM. Please note that breakfast is prepared based on advance reservations only.

Start your day peacefully by the shores of Lake Ranuanjärvi, surrounded by nature. Our summer breakfast offers a relaxed moment before a hike, a visit to the Wildlife Park, or the day’s other summer adventures.

Camping Ranuanjärvi is open from the beginning of June until the end of August. Unfortunately, we cannot take reservations for the camping sites in advance. Please, note that the price consists of the pitch fee and the person fee. 3 € discount from the basic fee with a valid camping card

All cabins with electricity & heating. Bed linens not included. Please make the booking in advance!

Pets are welcome to the cabins. Due to limited number of cabins, the availability to needs to be confirmed in advance.

Services

For families with children, the area has a child-friendly sandy beach, a playground, and SUP-boards and a rowing boat for rent for both adults and children. There is a sauna in the area, which can be rented for the use of your own group. Please note that the minimum reservation time for the sauna is 1 hour and the last sauna session to be booked starts 1 hour before the reception closes.
