Winter programmes begin at Wildlife Park!

There is plenty to see and experience in the wildlife park every day during winter!
The programmes run daily, from Monday 17 November 2025 to Sunday 8 March 2026. The weekly schedule is published on animals-page every Friday.

New artwork “Guardian of the Ice” unveiled at Ranua Resort

Ranua Resort unveiled a new site-specific artwork, “Guardian of the Ice,” on Friday 27 February, International Polar Bear Day. Designed and created by designer Juhana Laivamaa, the modern polar bear sculpture is located in a central spot in the resort’s courtyard and will remain there permanently. It will serve as one of the area’s recognizable landmarks and as a reminder of the importance of polar bear conservation.
